Twilight Song

Twilight falls upon the trees
Leaves whisper through the wind

Clouds flow across the sky sea
Like tall white ships

Save me
O Midnight Queen
Who walks in fair halls
Lighting the stars far and cold
A call of memory old

Birds fly high in the blue and sing
Of ancient realms and untold dreams

Of war and peace
Of sorrow and joy
The ones who live
And ones who are lost in the voids

Reflection of life sparkles in mirror of clouds
Telling the story of ever lost times
