Healing With The Fall

Seductive words entwine into a songLuring, sweet in broken enduring
Flowing in tender, crystal pure call

I fall into drowsiness
Sleepless and awake
I follow into the chasm of whispers
To drown in deep lake
Of forgotten memory
One last step to take
To join calm waters of oblivion

Nothing left to caress
Where was a beating heart now howls
Dark hollow emptiness
Once green meadows
Turned now into dry deserts

Lifeless towers are but whispers of the past
Darkened memory of dear light
Mesmerized by a sudden starfall among pale dust
I see a blurry reflection of that night

Snowflakes fall upon the mountain high
Wind blows taking bitter tears away
And I hear a silent whisper
“You are the one to bring him back”
A silver shadow enchants me with light-blue eyes

Like in a dream I feel again
Waves healing the pain
Like in a dream I see
Meadows of green
Instead of dead earth
Songs and wine dwell in mirth
One word gives a birth
And I flow to this voice of grace
To fall in dear embrace
Again…

Again flow old verses of an ancient song
Tearing me apart, taking away from daydreaming
Gently embraces me with healing touch of the fall
