Burnt feathers left from white wings
Life is but a fleeting moment
One sunny day
Look back
Glance at me
Don’t turn away
One look is all I need
Before the fall
Let world burn
Look back at me…
Heart torn in pieces
Blood on my lips tastes like ashes
It’s all just a dream
A nightmare, you see…
Look back once again
Into the eyes hiding the same pain
I saw once in the heart of yours
Take me in your arms
Don’t let me fall asleep alone again
I’m afraid of the dark
Look back at me
Once again to see
That untold dream
I need to feel
Fear comes in soundless night
When no stars are alight
I fear this empty loneliness inside
Don’t leave me in this darkness
Don’t betray into my long loved madness
Your eyes are the comfort
Your heart is my last resort
Smile upon the darkest day
Flash of light through ages of pain
A star above the turquoise sea
I am but a drop in this ocean of feel
Gazing at starlit sky where you fly
In midnight awe and silver light
Look once again, look back at me
And spread your wings
Embrace me and take me to fly with you
