Crimson Sky

Crimson sky sinks in the light of setting sun
Once in a century weeping for the first dawn
When two stars fell as one

Rainbow is far
Dreams unbound lie too high
Higher than stars

Late midnight dwells in silver starlight
Silence sings upon resting eyes of ice and gold
Like autumn leaves within rain of falling dark

Entwined fingers, sweet warmth
I knew only in a dream
Dear voice, silent calling
I heard only in heart so deep

Crimson sky sinking in light of setting sun
Once like a memory dwells pale moonlit path
When two hearts were meant to beat as one

Entwined fingers, crossed paths
Call of stars
I knew rest no more
Longing for
Dearest song’s chord
Letting the sky fall
Upon all fallen stars forever dwelling in your eyes
The verse to tell you are my part
One and only, forever my world
