Song Of The Fall

Where darkness calls
The light always follows
Where silence falls
Song desperately howls
Into a dream turns our real
Within a scream all lullabies wither

A moment of life
Calls with fallen snow so white
A thrill, just a whisper
Never rests deep inside

A moment of time
Songs of victories loud and bright
Glory coils with gold
Withering still at dawn

We sing and then weep
Calling for past never to sleep
We wish and then hate
Every dream for it’s late
Flying beneath the skyrim
Upon dark slopes of the hill
Where ever rests the memory

We fly yet still falling
We cry yet still calling
For a memory deep, bittersweet
A dream with a taste of a sin

We fall letting wings to rest free
Burning them before we reach the ground
We fall still believing in a dream
We saw once before the dawn entwined with sundown
