As dark velvet of the night
Feel it within
Touch the deep
Reach in the core
The dying light of older days
When dawn was veiled with frost
And upon the sky of ancient stars ever ablaze
Shine the lights of years forlorn
Desire flames in sapphire eyes
Crimson drops glow within winter night
Feel it now deep inside
The call of ages
The dream of years
See through the core
The depth of waves
Of restless soul
Hear the verse, the last chord
Life calls with a song forlorn
Dance in fire
Live in endless flames
Upon the winds ever higher
Fly upon the edge
Through the ages old
With an ancient song
Of fire and sin
Of salvation and dream
In fire we sin and then pray for mercy and forgiveness
For souls or sinful and restless
We seek paradise within all the lost days
Fly and sing the song of flight
Caress the waves of river of time
Upon the edge of life
Sing and fly, love, fly
Find your rest within blue eyes
Of endless fields
Waves of grass
Deep restless seas
Find your rest within starlit nights
We shared through midsummer dances
In midwinter snows beyond the darkness
Rest with me upon this final memory
Within the chord of flames of core and dream
