Midwinter Calls…

Midwinter calls
With falling snow
To join the flight upon the mountains white

Fly with me
Spread your wings
To fly upon the trees
Upon the snowy fields
Higher than clouds and stars
Fly with me now

Dive into the air
Find your star
Catch northern wind
To feel, to dare
To fly so far

Midnight calls
With wind so cold
Upon the edge of the world
Where the nights are long

You see the lights upon the horizon
Splashes of colour in the sky so dark
Midwinter night calls you to long
For a moment ever lost in silence

With a song of time
With forgotten lullaby
I call you now to join this flight
And touch midwinter sky
Fly with me, love

Midwinter calls
With falling snow
To join the flight upon the world lost in time
