In The Beginning Of All

So real are the dreams
In which together are the souls
Surfing in the sky on wings
Pure and white
Like memory of a child
Naïve and innocent song flows
Upon the rim of pale dawn

You hold my hand in yours
Caressing my palm to soothe the pain within
Whispers of time that still hurts
Sing me back to precious dream

I close my eyes to see your smile
And gain desired love
To know once more
I have lost my mind so long ago
And live a dream through the time

Though still you hold my hand
And sing me back
To sleep again in your arms dear
I weep and dive into a dream
To know and feel you are here
So close, so near, you are with me

And song flows within a dream through the core of real
Beyond the memories cold yet undead still
A song of a dream where in the beginning of all you sing
