Painted Sky

Darkness and lies soaked deep into the core
Like nothing more left in this world
No light
No memories sweet
No past
Nothing to share or keep
Nothing left to recall

Moon by moon passes by
Silver white memory dwells upon velvet sky
Painted with crimson and gold
Upon veins of time still bleeding through the lines untold
Though you see there is no other road

We belong to this world
However cruel and cold
Yet still embraced with love and warmth deep
Deep inside
Still dwells the light
Showing up above the abyss-like night
Ever dark
Forever lightened by the stars

Ages fall
Cry turns into a call
Eternity is frozen in an echo

You see the rim of the sky
A dream of life in light dwells forever there
Unspoken one
Silence dwelling on the tongue
We share the same dream together
