Stardust

You see the fall
Before your eyes the world is gone
And the call sounds no more

The pain goes through years
Getting blurry
Turning into memories
Losing all the glory
The dreams are turned loose
Into the withering blue

Hear my call through time
Look once at me
I’m right behind
Where I used to be

Lonesome shore
Faded scenery
We burn to the core
For a memory
Withering
Suffocating
To feel, to breathe in
Once again to be real

Memory falls with faded cascade
Upon days ever forgotten in dust
The moment is a beating pulse
Look in my eyes while it’s not too late

Write the present above the past
I’m always here for you, walking in stardust
Counting all the falling stars

“Ever in hope I wait for you beyond the lonely shore.
Just know you’ll come. Once. You come, my love.”
