The Path Of Desire

Dark silhouette in the crowd
With glance of ice and fire
Like a king of old but without a crown
Yet you don’t need the one

Sinking in my desire
I’m suffocating in waves
Of lonesome days
Giving the past overcome
Overflow in its glow

It’s rising in silver gloom
In the shadow
Promises and oaths
Now wither within
The world is falling
Desire dwells deep
And I’m dying without you

Without sympathy
Agony crushes upon the heart in bleed
Mercilessly midnight makes me choke
Deep in core with another stroke
Of memories blind

A wish within your eyes
Hunger devouring you for ages
One truth among old lies
I’m locked inside
You are mine
Desire within your heart
Flames so hot upon faded pages
Upon still veiled side
You’re my golden cage
And I’m still blind
Craving for you through the time

Follow my path to find me
In passion and desire as I’ve ever used to be
