Wings

You’ve asked me what I remember
And I see like in a dream
That golden light, pure beam
Wind blows in my face
When I fall into embrace of eternal sky

War and peace
Deep love sweet kiss
Memories wild turn into the white
And I’m blind to see
What was within
There and then, but still
Something dreams beneath

You’ve asked me then
What hides within my memory
What’s in the end
But I know not
All memories fade into pale awe
Before I see

I see that golden light, pure beam
Streams of glow flow through my soul
As I fall

Wind blows in my face
While I fall into embrace of eternal sky
As I fly
On wings of gold and white
