Longer Than Lifetime

The silver moon shines high in dark velvet sky
Wine tastes sweet on lips
Crystal drops fall in the lake of midnight
With long passed dreamsA story forgotten rises with tender blue
Upon crystal mirror of daydream

Verses tell of truth and lie
Story of good and evil
Lines whisper of love sacred in heart
Of pain and loss, of another meet
Rebirth and hope rising within

A story forgotten rises with tender blue
Blooming in pale moonlight
That night I first saw you
And with sweet melody flows my love

Bright eyes and kind smile
Drunken without wine
I drown within your eyes
Shining brighter than all the stars

I won’t tell you, no
That I love you more and more
Even the whole world knows
I won’t confess

Forgotten taste plays on lips
Like a stolen kiss
Sweeter than any wine
In the dream I will call you mine
And whisper to you the words of love
Longer than lifetime
