Yet Undone

Wind takes away tears from the past
Making heart free from pain at last

You see it looking at me in the first rays of day
While I lie sleeping in your arms
The sorrows and old fears are fading away
With sweet kisses through long nights

Like promises told yet undone
We flow with time above
Caressing and healing each other’s scars so old
We’ve got long, long ago

Touch the strings of my soul
Play another chord
Looking deep in my eyes
While I look back at you with a smile

Taste the spring from my lips
It’s like wine, like endless bliss
Join me in this fight
Fearless dance for life

Forgotten yet not abandoned
We walk along this long road
For years of loneliness in the crowd
Till one day the string broke with a trembling sound

Eyes to eyes, soul to soul
The world parted into before and now
Every tune flows with a memory forlorn
Dwelling with innocent blossom of time

Into the darkest void I will follow to bring the light
To heal your heart from sorrows and pain
We can bring hope and sweet awe of life
Just catch my hand and don’t fade away

Now you should know
That you won’t ever be alone
