Far Away

So far, far away
Where the rainbow hides
I see my way
Through many a year
Far beyond the skyline
So far yet dwelling so near

With a thrill I chase the wind
Like playing with a dream
I feel like a hopeful child
Still innocent and kind

The moonlight and stars fall with silver drops
Upon emerald fields and dales
Cascading upon the sleeping world
Like in an ever gone fairytale

So far, far away
Where the rainbow hides
I see my way
Through many a year
Far beyond the skyline
So far yet dwelling so near

There are whispering waves
Quivering still beyond the stars
Like a mirror of ever withered days
A shimmering dream for one of us

I lose myself in this blossom of spring
Painting the veil of tomorrow
Like in a sleep, in daydream
Moments of life come and go

Let me see
The fading real
Let me sip
A scent of dream
Let me feel
The awe of ever realm
I’ve never been to
Ever lost in this swirl of youth

So far, far away
Where the rainbow hides
I see my way
Through many a year
Far beyond the skyline
So far yet dwelling so near

So far, far away
Where dear heart lives
At the edge of day
I fly across the mountains and seas
To hide so far, far away
Where dear dream sleeps
In a blink of an eye
I come to you through the veil of time
