But there is always light in the dark hidden to chase
Let me stay for a little bit longer
I will paint another day with a silver-like chord
Playing still a silent love song of a loner
Who weeps and smiles at the new dawn of this world
Gaze at the stars above
What is it but true love
Great wonder of this world
To see a falling star reflecting in your eyes
Let me stay in your arms tonight
This dream won’t fade with awakening
Caress me still and play on your part
Like there are no scars, no longing
I look at you with tenderness and awe
Listening to the stories and letting it go
Every memory and pain
Everything I used to carry within
All the drama is gone
Let me stay by your side
Gazing at the stars tonight
Untold words on faded pages
Silent sigh of a hoping heart
Still nothing else matters
