Through the years I carry the dream
With one name on lips
Don’t dare to ask to forget
It’s more than I can bear

Through the years kisses are still fresh in mind
Memories are so vivid, like a starry night
Yet so far I’m all yours, yet you are not mine

We live different lives, yet in one world
Your face are everywhere I look
Like a reflection upon the eternal blue
Two souls on the vast shore
And every day is longer than any nightmare
Because you are so far from there

Through the years I bear a dream
Of the soul that is forever in my heart
Of eyes dark and deep
And smile sweeter than any wine

Again I fall asleep with dear name upon lips
Hoping to see you again, my heart of dreams

White nights embrace heart with warmth
Time stops with another dawn rising above
Upon the rim of silver-blue sky

Summer with rain and northern wind
Is the sweetest time, a touch of dream
On bitten lips

Dark waters of the Neva are flowing fast
Catching the dreams like shooting stars
We sing through the wind our hearts
Just to follow the dream forever

You see the night so light and sweet
Like tender kiss of the first love
Forever deep and dear dream
Lives in me still from dusk till dawn

Dark waters of the Neva are fast
But heart beats faster
We are dancing upon the stars
Just follow me forever
In the city of dreams

Far, so far away
Would it be the same
If you were closer?

Would you notice me,
Would you recognize as I did?
The soul longs for you
With fast-beating heart

I ask Heavens and pray
To meet you again
In this life, to live it together

I will never let it be
Just let go the memory
While my heart beats for you
I hope to find the path

The path to our home
Our life hand in hand
The path of our song
When souls combine in one
Come back, just come back
I’m still waiting for you

Time took us apart for long
But I didn’t give up my dream
And my search still goes on

I seek through ages and lands
Passing with lonely days
Through time to hear the sound of dear laughter

Dear laughter and tender look of bright eyes
I belong to you for a lifetime

My search flows through the ages on and on
Through ancient fallen worlds
I feel you in my heart, it’s true
And even if the whole world is against us
I still belong to you

Went hand in hand
Through sorrow and joy
Together, back to back
We went through the sea of blood
To face another dawn
Again hand in hand with you

No matter how far you are now
As long as my light lives
So my love for you will flow
Among the stars and dreams
So my soul will long for you

To see again beloved eyes shiny and bright
And smile so dear to my heart
I will come again with this circle of life
To find again the one I love

Until my soul longs for you
My heart will beat together with yours
As I’ve shared my soul and love lives in you

In a dream they come again
All the memories of the past
You are there, you are always there
To never part

I see your spirit, I sense your force
But cannot touch, nor hear your voice
Though I feel you’re close

The part of you always lives within
In every dream and days of real

Ages flow, but you live still
In the world now changed
I see you clear in a rare dream
Beyond all beauty, beyond the age

You are the same I remember
With eyes so deep and smile so tender
Bright and shiny like amber
Embraced with silver

Petals dwell in your hair still
Like a song of deep memory
The call of a dream I follow within
