We shared it in the darkest moments of life.
Trust leads us astray through the deceiving crowd of pretenders.
Faith is all that remained.

I saw the crowd wishing death to their leader.
Sad, but they were the ones who gave their votes for him.
I chose another path to go home then…

Why the world is cold and pale nowadays?
Where is the wonder?
How I wish I could know why it’s all gone.

Memories flow like a river, frozen moments of life
They are never gone, forever alive deep in heart.
Of me and you, of us, we cannot see or touch it, but we still feel it within.

Trust we shared once. Hope wrote a dream.
It’s still there, on that shore, right there where we left it.
Still awaiting for us coming back.

Will the kite fly through the sky?
Will I see the nightingale singing his lullaby?
What is the colour of the awe?
Will you write another dawn with me?

Oh, if only you read the letter on the last page of my burnt diary.
You would have enough of fun and tears.

Dream is but a heart. There is no fear or regret in this serenity fading away.
Don’t break it while it’s still alive.

In this world so cold
We are lost like the petals of fallen rose
On the dark road by my own
I see this life, pale and grey, is fading away

Let me see the sky
Before the dawn drowns in the sea
Let me feel the wind
Blowing in the field and mountains high
Let me see the kite
Against dying horizon of crimson tide
Let me feel alive

Broken temple, cold candle
Ashes covered forsaken porch
I miss the warmth of our last touch

Beneath a veil hides truth
Deep, still unveiled
Highest hopes hailed

Unwritten tale turned to a snowflake
Fear is real only in reality pale
In dreams it can do no harm
Chosen heart rests calm
On a storyteller’s palm

Let me walk on the frozen lake
Every dream I wish to see

Let me drown in the ocean of your tale

I can see you before me — weak and small
Like a child trembling within a worst nightmare
The truth is that I’m smaller and weaker than you all

Cutting me, tearing me you will never prove
That you belong to dearest call of blue

You say that Earth is nothing but dirt
And nothing could harm, nothing would hurt
Because it’s dead, life hides unseen

So why do you think it has no feel?

Heavy paw won’t grab you into the dark
