Slow Dance Of Midnight

Tower clock struck midnight

With the last strike I’m gone
Disappear to far Nowhere
Where I used to live for ages
Slow dance in the water flowing down
Unblessed, in dust
For lust in the dark of the night to drown
Hidden house of Teller
Long gone, once lost in the dream
Shy dreamer, a paradise seeker
Living there, in far Nowhere behind the stream
Silver sip on my frozen lips
Deadly pale kiss
Untouched bliss
Sweet taste of poison
Glory to hold on
Shining smile above the dying horizon
Slow dance in the midnight gloom
One wish for this blissful blue
Angelsong slowly flowing for you
Slow dance in the midwinter blue
Frozen shadows fall before you
Slowly I’m fading again to seek for shadows
In this cold morning dew…

When Memories Come Alive

‘Angel with dark hair’
One day he said
‘Sinful heart of devil’
I sighed in despair

Colourful lights sparkling around
Song flowing through the heart
Moon, silver tune guide
When memories come alive
Friend’s hand to lead me astray
Through the the cold and across the field
Back to the end of a dying spring day

Eyes so bright, golden winter night
Frozen air within my lungs
A wish upon the stars
Dream smiling shy in the pale moonlight

Dancing with tears in eyes
Singing with pain deep in soul
When memories come alive
And tears, mirrors of feel so cold

Colourful lights sparkling around
Song flowing through the heart
Moon, silver tune guide
When memories come alive
Friend’s hand to lead me astray
Through the the cold and across the field
Back to the end of a dying spring day

Where is the dreamer, where is midwinter awe
Where is the poet writing on that white shore
Where is a path leading me there
Trees are whispering to me and wind’s calling my name
Where I used to live before
Home my heart used to long for

Colourful lights sparkling around
Song flowing through the heart
Moon, silver tune guide
When memories come alive
Friend’s hand to lead me astray
Through the the cold and across the field
Back to the end of a dying spring day

Friend’s hand to lead me astray
Through the the cold and across the field
Back to the end of a dying spring day

Across The Bridge

Across the hills, right through the fields
Above the sky, above the dreams
Across the darkness of midnight thrill

Forgotten reality
Masterpiece lost in the dark
Drunken poor melody
For the virgin’s cold heart

My deep ever lost dream
Burning within, forever in me

Calling and calling my name
For another day, another pain
Dark passion play
Another cold game

Across the hills, right through the fields
Far far away to the dreams
Across the bridge and to the shore to forgive
The last sigh, one last breath resting forever within

Across the hills, across the bridge
I’m running to see one last song on the stage
Forgotten tale, one last show
To live one more night and then go
With wild memories to flow
Silently away

Unknown Shore

Young and dreamy
Her eyes were shining in the dark
Lights of the stars so far, so high
Reflecting within
Deep lakes, dark mirrors of soul
Young and pure eyes of her

Forgotten path, long road
Through the winter’s cold
Far path leading back home

Her heart dwelt in time
With the dreams of mine
Like sweet taste of red wine
She covered my lips
With a frozen snow kiss
With first fallen leaf
One silent cold breath

Dwelling in the air forlorn old song
Calling to take a journey to another world
Magic and lost, to the unknown shore

Her eyes are still here
In that darkness shining bright
Looking with desire and feel
Deep within that grey pale crowd
In the yesterday’s world
And right before wolf’s closed eyes

The name to unlock the chest of memory
The key to block a pain of century
One breath of cold remedy, burning reality
For another magic unwritten melody
Shining blue eyes, pure angel’s virginity
Her eyes, deep dark insanity…

Calling to take a journey to another world
Magic and lost on that unknown shore…

Walking Alone

The dawn has come
Dreamless bound around in cold
Covered the frozen trees
In their deep silent sleep
Walking to the lands of ice and snow
Running to the end of the world

Far away, to the wind’s secret home
To a hideaway of sundown
We slowly walk alone

How far path runs
How hard heart longs
For purity of dawn
For a dreamworld
I’ll come there in a company
Or all alone
To feel a touch of destiny

Kiss of destiny
Slow touch of reality
A call of memory
Another melody
Elven song, unheard, unsung
Deep within still known

Far away, to the wind’s secret home
To a hideaway of sundown
We slowly walk alone
We’re walking alone

Far away from frozen lands to the dawn
To the place unknown
We’re walking alone

Part 25. The Journey Begins

Dawn fell on the valley. Trees lost their last leaves some days ago. Pale sky was covered with grey clouds, it was snowing but sometimes sun smiled through the grey carpet embracing tight the whole sky.
She opened her eyes and understood that the day of their journey had come. Kaija opened the window and took a deep breath of cold air.

‘Winter. Finally.’ — she thought with a sigh.
She looked at the field where she used to play being a kid, the lake, guide of her thoughts and secret dreams,  the wood dark and cold but also a good hideaway.
She would miss this all. Who knows maybe they wouldn’t ever return…

— We will come back. I promise.
The voice was sleepy but full of confidence. Teller was sitting right behind her and looking at her.
She eyed him and smiled.
— How do you know? The road is long, that’s so far, far away… Through Twilight Hills and Icemountains, across Dead Lands of frozen fields. And even farther. So how do you know we’ll come back safely?
— I just feel this. I cannot explain. But you’ll feel it too when you can turn off all the worries.

Teller took her hand and looked deep in her eyes. She knew that everything would be fine. He saw this in her eyes.
She was afraid but desire of wonders and adventures was much stronger than her fear.

— Wolf, promise me one thing. Whatever happens you’ll take care of that child you loved once. That little girl with dreamy blue eyes.. if I’ll be reborn again.. Find me then. Promise me that you will protect me then?

He looked at her with sad and kind eyes full of dearest memories and feelings. He bent to her and whispered:
— Why should I run away from this path? Why should I turn away from the place I supposed to be? I’ll always take care of you. Wherever you are…

He kissed her lips and felt a tear falling on his cheek. Her tear…

When sun smiled thrice they went to the field. Their way was far and hard running across the fields and hills, far away from home. The journey to the Depth had begun.

Frozen In Time

Pale grey sky, clouds and wind
Silently piano will sing
Again through the time
Through hoping heart of mine
To kiss a moonshadow again
To feel its dreamy touch again
Oh sweet pain, again…

Silver tear of frozen sky
Winter kiss on my lips
To awaken old forgotten dreams
To make my soul cry
Again for a sip of bittersweet pain
Once again…

Fear of neverending story will find its end
In deep blessed Wonderland
In the world long gone or just unseen
Kindhearted, loveshaped dream
Like a child’s whisper within
Like a warm wind in spring
Silent bliss melting deep in

So I’m waiting for one word
Falling like a golden leaf
Walking at the edge of the world
Calling like a sigh of the last breath
I’m here awaiting
For a frozen in time dream

No sleep, no dream left in me
Whole life is a pale shadow memory
Lost forgotten melody
Song of cold wind
One night every spring
I cry flowing through this dream
Again and again and again…
For this deep sweet heart’s pain

For A Kingdom Of Light

Beneath the sky blue depth
Under purity of spring
Bearing a hope and memory
Keeping the last deep breath

For a kingdom
Of dream and hope
For deep wisdom
For our last home
We keep sweet taste of freedom
Fighting for all we love

Some worlds will anyway fall
Some worlds will forever hide
From the ones with dark swords
Opening to a kindhearted their doors

For the darkness
Through the silence
We sing bringing the light
To the ones lost in eternal night

So long we walked
So cold worlds
Lands of ice and snow
Leaving behind our home
To reach the dream of untouched hope

For a kingdom
For our one hope
We’ve lost the pains so cold
For a kingdom
For our only home
We’ve fought mighty for so long
Just to come back
To the land
Of ice and snow
Kingdom of light, kingdom of hope
Our only true home

Heavenly Light

Dark tower, white trees

The town lies frozen beneath
Pale flower, cold season
Winter wind took lost warm breath
Deep wonder of snowflake dream
White mystery about child’s silent scream
Through the darkest lights
For long cold sleepless nights
My heart is longing for
Like it used to long before
Haunting a dream
Drowned deep within
Song of pale white dawn
Childish game, snow white innocent awe
Last petal fell to start a new chapter
Dreamless clouds hid the road
Silver path leading me to my true home
Piano wrote my endless cry, one last deep breath
To feel, to live for another bright moment
Deep wonder of snowflake memory
White innocent path through child’s dreamstory
Through the darkest lights
For long cold sleepless nights
My heart is longing for
Like it used to long before
Haunting a dream
Drowned deep within
Song of pale white dawn
Childish game, snow white innocent awe
Through the darkest lights
For long cold sleepless nights
My heart is longing for
Like it used to long before
Following the dream
Living deep in
With a hopeful childish heart
Eyes heavenly bright

Won’t Let You Down

Wind from the northern land

Cold touch of a snowflake
Sparkling sphere, masquerade dance
Pure love’s kiss dwelling on lips
While it’s never too late
Run across the dark dreamless bound
Fly above the woods
Don’t turn, never turn around
’cause they are coming for you
Run, drown deeper down
Hide in a fading melody’s sound
So they’ll never find you
Run across the dark cruel bound
Drown in the sea cold and blue
Don’t look, don’t turn around
They’re watching you
Wind will lead you ahead
Heart will whisper a dream
Tears through the night came back
Slowly warmth is haunted within
Touch of sundown
Song of the dawn
Kiss of midnight bound
While you’re ungone
Dream deep inside
Never lose your heart
So they’ll never catch you
