Light in Eyes

A sparkling wish dying within dark sea
One glimpse, one silent scream
To revive this precious light within
To awaken from the darkest dream

One smile to revive
One glance to fall in love
One word to survive
One heartbeat to make an oath

One hundred ways to walk along
But only one is true
One thousand years won’t make the sky fall down
I will always return to you

The world is enormous and bright
With its great feelings and pleasures
With thousand paths under glittering stars
Though among all unspeakable treasures
I will always belong to your heart

To the moon and back through eternal blue
My path will always lead back to you

In dreams I feel free
Free from the bounds of suffocating real
I’m happy and laughing
Life seems brighter than ever before
Like it was ages ago

Everything has colours and sweet scent of spring
And feels like hopes can come true
I feel free in these dreams
And don’t want to wake up into real
To see the world like this

I want to feel free
I want to embrace happiness again once more
To catch sweet breath of spring
To laugh, love and hope
I want to release from this pain within

The sun is bright
In the world I see in my dreams
There is no anger and grief
I feel free every night

To see this beautiful life
To feel happy like an innocent child
I want go back to sleep
To awake again with this feel
But this time for real

Through the years uncountable
Through the days lasting like eternity
Everything seems pale, unchangeable
Though I still see the flash of lost memory

Thin thread lasts from heart to heart
Entwining our souls through the past
Crimson red binds us tight
Until the very last
Moment we share together

Wind takes away all the unshed tears
Like silver petals of frozen years

All the wishes I once caressed dear
Turned to empty promises

Red sands and blue waters will never stop
As my love will grow forever more
Just hold and listen to whispering in the wind
This is my song flowing still

My heart will forever beat in every line unread
In every word untold
My love will flow to the world’s end and back
Burning a little hope

Wind will caress bright flowers in dark hair
As the song still flows

Every moment of dream I caressed dearly
Through days and years
All the hopes and wishes now turned into memory
A silent farewell

Moments of dreams are gone with the tide
As I don’t see the light
Living in this eternal nightmare
How could I love, how could I dare?

I know I have to let it go
You’ll never know
If I’m still alive or not
You won’t ever know

My precious memories of last few years
Dwell deep in your eyes
I still feel alive through all these fears
Because of one dear smile

But a dream is just a dream sometimes
This hope shines like a tiny spark

To look at me with a smile
Full of light and life

To touch so tenderly like a fragile petal of rose

Cold winter days write another line with frost
Every breath I take but at what cost
Fear and lifelust walk side by side

Every day is like a fight for life
For another dream flight

Everyone has a hope
Craving for something deep in
They paint their own world

What it will look like
